We are looking for experienced delivery drivers, bakers and cleaners to join our Team!

Delivery Drivers

• Working over night delivering freshly baked products across London. 
• Be responsible for the safe use of Company vehicle 

• Clean Company vehicle one/week as needed 

• Wear Company uniform when on duty  

• Ensure to check the correct product is loaded for the correct customer 

• Ensure to safeguard customers property and use your access only for  intended purpose.  

• Check client orders and ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and  on time.  

Bakers

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods  

• Measure and mix ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources  and other equipment according to recipes and production schedules  

• Operate baking equipment and machinery  

• Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet customer  expectations  

• Inform line manager low stock and maintain inventory of baking  ingredients and supplies 

• Train and supervise junior/new bakers and other bakery staff  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new baking techniques  
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times  

• Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets  food safety and quality controls.  

• Clean and restock workstations and ensuring that all equipment is  sanitised and prepared for the next shift.  

• To be proactive in managing your personal health, safety and  wellbeing and that of your colleagues.  

• Maintain excellent communication, time and resource management,  and planning skills.  

• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections  on ingredients and products.  

• Work independently or with other team members to solve problems,  plan schedules, fulfil orders, and create high quality baked goods. 

Cleaners

• Clean all areas of the Bakery as instructed by your supervisor  including bakery equipments using appropriate products 

• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities  
• Carry out schedule cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs  

• Cooperate with the rest of the staff  

• Follow all health and safety regulations
